HR Project Recruitment Technologies

About the role

This role combines recruitment delivery, data analytics, HR technology, and AI innovation to enhance recruitment effectiveness, optimize hiring performance, and enable data-driven talent decisions. You will lead strategic Talent Acquisition projects that drive process excellence, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, selection, stakeholder engagement, and offer management
• Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards, performance scorecards, and management reports using data visualization and business intelligence tools
• Lead and manage strategic Talent Acquisition projects covering recruitment transformation, process improvement, digitalization, and technology implementation
• Build and enhance Talent Acquisition data analytics capabilities, translating recruitment data into actionable business insights
• Drive the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to enhance candidate sourcing, screening, talent intelligence, and recruiter productivity
• Develop project roadmaps, business cases, implementation plans, governance frameworks, timelines, and measurable success metrics
• Identify opportunities to automate recruitment workflows, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency through digital solutions
• Analyse hiring trends, workforce demand, talent pipelines, source effectiveness, recruitment costs, candidate conversion rates, time-to-hire, quality of hire, and recruiter productivity
• Partner with HR, IT, Procurement, Marketing, and business leaders to deliver cross-functional technology and recruitment transformation initiatives
• Lead the evaluation, implementation, integration, and optimization of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, AI-powered tools, and related HR technologies

Requirements

• Strong data analytics capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and translate insights into business recommendations
• Understanding of AI, machine learning applications, generative AI, and automation opportunities within Talent Acquisition
• Experience in HR transformation, people analytics, or related functions
• Strong project management skills, including planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and benefits realization
• Experience working with ATS platforms, HR systems, data integration, or recruitment technology solutions
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights
• Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, and management reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or equivalent business intelligence platforms
• Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, IT, data, Procurement, Marketing, and business stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in managing strategic projects involving recruitment process improvement, digitalization, or technology implementation
• Ability to identify and implement technology solutions that improve recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes
