HR Project Staff

Responsible for providing administrative and operational support in HR project activities, including employee coordination, documentation, monitoring, and other HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support for HR project activities.
• Assist in employee coordination, deployment, and project-related requirements.
• Monitor HR trackers, employee records, and project-related documents.
• Follow up on pre-employment, onboarding, and other employee requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of HR-related documents.
• Support employee orientations, meetings, and other HR project activities.
• Coordinate with employees, supervisors, and other departments regarding HR concerns.
• Provide general HR administrative support and perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related course.
• With relevant HR/recruitment experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to handle confidential information.
• Knowledge of MS Office is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and flexible with assigned tasks.
