HR PROTÉGÉ (Trainee)

The HR PROTÉGÉ program offers a 1-year immersive experience designed for fresh graduates aspiring to develop their careers in Human Resources. The PROTÉGÉ will be actively involved in innovative projects such as Vocation Maker (STEM Outreach) initiatives, AI-based HR projects, employee engagement activities, and essential HR administrative tasks. This role delivers cross-functional exposure, hands-on training, and professional development opportunities within a leading technology-driven organization.

Responsibilities:

 Vocation Maker (STEM Outreach) Involvement

• Assist in planning, organizing, and facilitating vocational training sessions and workshops.
• Support the development and improvement of talent development programs.
• Gather feedback and recommend program enhancements based on participant experiences.

 AI Project Support

• Participate in HR AI projects, including data preparation, process documentation, and basic analytics.
• Assist in researching and implementing digital solutions to increase HR’s effectiveness.
• Help generate reports and share findings with the HR team.

 Engagement Project Activities

• Contribute to the design and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
• Administer surveys, analyze results, and support event logistics.
• Prepare communications and presentations to promote engagement activities.

 HR Administrative Support

• Assist in onboarding, offboarding, personnel records management, and daily HR operations.
• Prepare, organize, and file HR documents while ensuring data privacy and compliance.
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (recent graduates only).
• Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Interest in HR technology, AI, and digital tools.
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); exposure to digital/AI tools is a plus.
