HR recruit /BP (Logistic express business )

Qualifications & experience

• At least 3 years of Logistics HR  work experience.
• Cheerful personality, strong communication skills, responsible and resilient.
• Be able to work under pressure.

Tasks & responsibilities

• 1. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.

  2. Screen resumes, communicate by phone, recommend interviews, follow up on interview results and negotiate salaries as required

  3. Submit personnel recruitment approval to the system and update recruitment-related data forms as required

  4. Regularly follow up on the employment status of candidates

  5. Follow up and coordinate to handle employee post-employment issues

  6. Update recruitment advertisement information according to actual needs

  7. Other assigned tasks
