Overview

Join a leading organization as an HR Recruiter supporting a busy Talent Acquisition team dedicated to sourcing top talent for professional salaried roles. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects within a highly metric-driven environment, primarily supporting engineering, product management, and IT. You will own the full recruiting process from candidate attraction to onboarding, partnering with hiring leaders to deliver a positive candidate experience. Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years’ recruiting experience
• Full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing expertise
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent communication and partnership-building abilities
• Familiarity with metric-based recruiting environments

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience supporting engineering, product, or IT roles
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
• Knowledge of social media and niche sourcing resources
• Ability to influence and lead change within teams
• Creative problem-solving skills in talent acquisition

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Prior experience working in high-volume recruiting environments
• Proven success in building candidate pipelines and talent communities

Other Requirements

• On-site work Monday through Thursday, with remote Fridays
• Flexibility within regular office hours
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
