HR Recruiter & Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave management, employee records, documentation, and joining/exit formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, employee databases, and ensure all HR documentation is updated and accurate.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong recruitment and candidate sourcing skills
• Knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and HRMS
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records

Qualification

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
