HR Recruiter

RedTeam Hacker Academy is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of hiring quality candidates within defined timelines.Key Responsibilities

• Close open positions within the defined hiring timelines.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Conduct employee onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience.
• Monitor employee performance based on individual and team KPIs and coordinate performance improvement initiatives.
• Design and coordinate learning and development programs to support employee growth.
• Manage the RedTeam Jobs Portal by posting internal vacancies and external job opportunities and support placement activities as a Placement Consultant.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to employees to help them achieve their full potential.
• Deliver professional HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, from pre-joining to exit formalities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent HR service delivery.
• Prepare and submit monthly HR and placement reports to the Director.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and comply with data protection guidelines.
• Ensure organizational objectives are achieved through effective utilization of human resources.
• Perform additional HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience with recruitment portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or Naukri is preferred.
• Knowledge of employee lifecycle management, onboarding, attendance, performance management, and HR documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
