Job Requirements

• A bachelor s degree in human resources or any related field

• 1 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in BPO or telecom hiring

• Familiarity with HR tools and applicant tracking systems, and experience in managing HR databases

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities

• Ability to thrive under pressure in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
