Job Description

Believers Group is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiters to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.

The selected candidates will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Contact candidates and explain job roles, responsibilities, and company information.
• Conduct initial candidate screening through phone calls or online communication.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment records.
• Assist in achieving daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Candidates interested in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, or Google Sheets is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
