HR Recruiter

• We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 3-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• The role involves sourcing candidates, managing the hiring process, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment.
• Source candidates through multiple channels.
• Screen and shortlist profiles.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
