HR Recruiter

Job Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage employee communication and address basic HR-related queries.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
• Coordinate with different teams for HR-related requirements.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and trackers.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned HR activities.
• Visit office/client locations 2 days a week for HR-related activities and employee coordination.
• Perform other HR responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong recruitment and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, presentable, and responsible personality.
• Willingness to travel 2 days per week is mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
