Recruiter – White Collar & Grey Collar Recruitment

Looking for energetic, self-motivated, and quick-learning individuals who are passionate about building a long-term career in HR and Recruitment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruiting for both White Collar and Grey Collar positions.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies across various industries and functions.
• Excellent candidate sourcing, networking, and talent acquisition skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience using job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment databases.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Prior recruitment experience in the UAE market will be a distinct advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Must be available for immediate joining.
• Prior experience in recruiting local/national talent across the UK, Europe, Singapore, and GCC countries will be considered a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated exposure to international recruitment markets and local hiring regulations is preferred.

Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to both White Collar and Grey Collar hiring. UAE recruitment experience will be an advantage.
