Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our in-house HR team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with management.
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate offer discussions and joining formalities.
• Support onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.
• Assist with day-to-day HR coordination and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in end-to-end recruitment, consultancy recruitment, or in-house hiring will be preferred.
