Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and professional HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment activities, employee coordination, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and maintain regular follow-up with candidates.
• Handle employee queries and provide timely HR support.
• Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
• Support attendance, leave, and other routine HR operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Assist the HR team with various HR initiatives and administrative activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in recruitment/HR will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and HR tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
