Location: Noida
Experience: 3+ Years | Hospitality Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for hospitality positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, and offer coordination.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining of selected candidates.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Hospitality Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality profiles and hiring requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and candidate sourcing.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
