About the Role

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented HR Recruiters to join our recruitment team. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, following up with candidates and clients, and successfully closing open positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other channels.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate discussions and explain job opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team for position closures.
• Ensure regular follow-up for offer acceptance and joining.
• Meet assigned recruitment targets and closure targets.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates and clients.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
• Freshers are welcome; prior recruitment experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Comfortable working with recruitment targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals.
• Should be proactive, confident, and result-oriented.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
