Job Summary

The Blox Preschool is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for teaching, non-teaching, and administrative positions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a passion for building a talented workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
• Schedule interviews with management and department heads.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Prepare offer letters and assist with joining formalities.
• Build a pipeline of quality candidates for future vacancies.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction.
• Support HR documentation and other HR-related activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with job portals and social media recruitment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in school or educational institution recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Salary

Salary will be offered based on experience and interview performance.
