What they need
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching positions.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions in coordination with the concerned stakeholders.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and school leadership.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection, documentation, compensation, and joining dates.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verification wherever applicable.
- Prepare and maintain accurate candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with selected candidates to ensure timely completion of pre-joining documentation and onboarding formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure positions are closed within the agreed turnaround time (TAT).
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information and ensure compliance with organizational HR policies.
- Support other HR activities and initiatives as required.
