About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team at our office in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. This is a full-time position that plays a vital strategic role in attracting, identifying, and onboarding top talent to support the growth and success of Zoobook Systems LLC. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs through to candidate placement and onboarding. This position is essential to building and maintaining a high-performing workforce that aligns with our organisational values and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions across the organisation
• Manage job postings, application tracking, and candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, desired candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
• Conduct background checks and reference verification as part of the candidate evaluation process
• Facilitate interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for roles
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process for successful candidates
• Maintain detailed recruitment records and generate reports on recruitment metrics and hiring trends
• Build and nurture a talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future organisational needs
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company recruitment policies throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with Human Resources colleagues to support the broader HR function and employee relations initiatives

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within an internal HR function or recruitment agency
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and hiring processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with professional social media platforms for recruitment purposes
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional recruitment experience
• Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements in the Philippines is highly advantageous
• Experience with employer branding and developing recruitment marketing materials is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support wider HR initiatives
