What they need
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities and support our hiring requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with clients and candidates.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets.
Requirements
- 1+ year of recruitment experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to meet recruitment targets.
