Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Bulk Hiring
Qualification: 12th Pass or Above
Salary: Negotiable
Work Requirement: Candidate must have a Laptop

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end bulk recruitment for multiple clients.
• Source, screen, and schedule candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Manage and build relationships with recruitment vendors.
• Ensure timely closures as per hiring targets.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Bulk Hiring is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of Vendor Management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Must own a Laptop with a stable internet connection.
• Minimum 12th Pass.
