Hr Recruiter

We are looking for an energetic and proactive individual to join our team, who can drive partnerships and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) activities to bring in more walk-ins and expand our network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements from various departments and create effective job descriptions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Handle offer rollouts, onboarding formalities, and documentation
• Maintain good candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in recruitment or HR internships (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with hiring tools, job portals, and databases
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
