HR Recruiter

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Manage multiple job openings and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Negotiate salary and coordinate offer acceptance and joining formalities.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets and hiring deadlines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
