Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate, technical and site/project positions.
• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database and hiring trackers.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Conduct reference/background verification wherever required.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain confidentiality of candidate information.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
• 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in Real Estate/Construction/Infrastructure recruitment will be preferred.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and recruitment portals.
• Proactive, organized and target-oriented.
