Responsibilities : -

• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with line managers for interviews and follow-ups.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and salary negotiations.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate database.
• Handle joining formalities and documentation of new hires.
• Coordinate induction and onboarding of new employees.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per hiring plan.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process.
• Experience in hiring for manufacturing roles and Marketing
• Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
