HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring quality candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
• Schedule interviews with department managers.
• Coordinate the complete recruitment process until onboarding.
• Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication.
• Prepare offer letters and collect required documents.
• Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
• Meet monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Good negotiation and coordination abilities.
• Ability to assess candidate suitability.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Basic MS Excel and HRMS knowledge.
• Time management and multitasking skills.

Experience

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in BPO, Sales or Service Industry recruitment is preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of positions closed.
• Time-to-hire.
• Interview-to-selection ratio.
• Offer acceptance rate.
• Candidate joining ratio.
• Employee retention during probation.
• Recruitment target achievement.

Daily Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates.
• Conduct HR interviews.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates.
• Coordinate offer rollout and joining.
• Update recruitment tracker and reports.
• Maintain candidate database.
