HR Recruiter

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist with 1 year of experience in a Corporate or BPO setting to handle end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing to onboarding—and assist with employee offboarding. This is a full-time, day shift, onsite role based in Eastwood, Quezon City.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offers, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely fulfillment of client and internal requirements.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
  • Support offboarding by assisting with clearance and exit documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field is preferred but not required.
  • 1 year of recruitment experience in a Corporate or BPO environment.
  • Strong communication, comprehension, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Familiar with both recruitment and off boarding processes.
  • Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City.
