HR Recruiter

• Understand hiring requirements and prepare suitable job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interview rounds.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Discuss salary expectations, notice periods, and joining availability with candidates.
• Coordinate offer letters and joining formalities.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support onboarding and induction activities for selected candidates.
• Achieve recruitment requirements within the given timelines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
