HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team.

Position: HR Recruiter
Location: Faridabad
Experience: 3–6 years
Industry: Education

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with HODs/School Leadership for hiring.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with the concerned stakeholders.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
• Conduct reference and background verification wherever required.
• Coordinate documentation and pre-joining formalities for selected candidates.
• Maintain an updated database of potential candidates for future requirements.
• Prepare and release job postings across relevant recruitment platforms.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support HR operations and other HR activities as required.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Experience in school/education recruitment will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment practices.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of MS Excel and HR/recruitment systems.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work within defined timelines.
