• Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and management.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, selection, and joining.
• Handle joining formalities and collect required employee documents.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
• Prepare and publish job postings on various platforms.
• Maintain daily and monthly recruitment reports.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
