Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for both White Collar and Blue Collar positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures as per manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for White Collar and Blue Collar positions.

* Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from respective departments.

* Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, WhatsApp groups/channels, references, and other recruitment sources.

* Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls.

* Evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, salary expectations, notice period, and job requirements.

* Maintain and regularly update the recruitment tracker/database.

* Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and concerned department heads.

* Conduct candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.

* Manage offer discussions and salary negotiations as required.

* Coordinate offer letter, joining formalities, and onboarding.

* Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and upcoming vacancies.

* Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.

* Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.

* Support employee documentation and other HR activities when required.

Candidate Requirements

* 2-3 years of relevant experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.

* Experience in handling both White Collar and Blue Collar recruitment.

* Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good follow-up and coordination abilities.

* Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.

* Working knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Office/Excel.

* Target-oriented and capable of working within hiring timelines.

* Local Surat candidates will be preferred.
