Job Summary

Harwell Global Services is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Overseas HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for international job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements and eligibility.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/employers.
• Explain overseas job opportunities, requirements, salary, and recruitment processes to candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Achieve assigned recruitment and joining targets.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates and clients.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, especially spoken English.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Comfortable working with recruitment targets.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
• Candidates with recruitment/overseas recruitment experience will be preferred.
