About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking platforms.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal panels.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring roles.

2. Screening & Evaluation

• Conduct initial HR screening to assess skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
• Evaluate resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews.
• Share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers with proper justification.

3. Recruitment Operations

• Manage applicant tracking and maintain recruitment dashboards.
• Ensure timely follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
• Handle offer negotiation, salary discussions, and releases in coordination with HR Manager.
• Maintain documentation and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

4. Employer Branding & Engagement

• Assist in promoting job openings across relevant platforms.
• Support recruitment campaigns, events, and social hiring initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably in EdTech/IT/Corporate roles).
• Strong hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple positions at once.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.
