What they need
We are looking for a motivated and friendly HR Recruitment & Interviewer to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Source and recruit suitable candidates
- Contact and screen potential candidates
- Conduct and arrange interviews
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with onboarding and trial periods
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment progress
- Achieve monthly recruitment target
Additional Incentives
- Attendance Allowance: RM500
- Interview Incentive: RM5 per candidate
- Candidate completes 7-day trial: RM50 per candidate
- Candidate stays for 1 month: RM100 per candidate
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
