We are looking for an HR Recruiter with experience in Life Insurance hiring.

Position: HR Recruiter

Mode: Work From Home

CTC: ₹10,000 – ₹12000 per month

Requirements:

• Must have experience in hiring for Life Insurance roles (Agency / Banca / Direct Sales / BFSI) dont send other sales candidates
• Good communication and candidate handling skills
• Strong sourcing skills using job portals, social media, and references
• Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment independently

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for Life Insurance roles across various channels
• Post job openings on portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms
• Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process
• Maintain and update candidate database and trackers
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
