HR Executive – Conscious Future Institute Pvt. Ltd.

Conscious Future Institute Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and organised HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and internal employee requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents.
• Maintain employee attendance, in/out timings, leaves, and records.
• Create and maintain employee files including Aadhaar, PAN, educational and employment documents.
• Manage joining formalities, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Prepare monthly salary slips and coordinate payroll-related information.
• Handle day-to-day employee queries, requirements, and internal coordination.
• Maintain confidential and updated HR records.
• Support daily office and HR operations.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, task completion, and adherence to internal processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
• Prior experience in HR operations, administration, or employee management preferred.

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
