Position: HR Recruiter – Fresher
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, sourcing, and screening of candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
• Support attendance, leave, and basic HR operations.
• Handle employee queries and coordinate with different departments.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment databases.
• Assist the HR team in day-to-day administrative activities.

Requirements

• Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
