HR Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, coordinating selection, and supporting onboarding. The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills, good knowledge of recruitment practices, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies while providing a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

End-to End Recruitment

• Manage approved requisitions, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and pre-employment actvities.

• Maintain recruitment pipeline, ageing, vacancy status, and hiring-lead time data.

• Work closely with hiring managers and HRBP to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring decisions.

Talent Pipeline & Market Outreach

• Develop and post job advertisements across appropriate job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment channels.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, career fairs, and other channels.
• Support employer branding, recruitment events and targeted outreach for priority/critical role.

Digital Recruitment & Onboarding

• Support Workday/ATS recruitment workflows, candidate data quality and digital recruitment reporting.

• Coordinate recruitment-to-onboarding handover with HR Services and monitor joining risks.

About you

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a related role.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment is preferred
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder communication and recruitment tracking discipline
• Experience with job boards, agencies, direct sourcing and digital recruitment tools
