HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.

Key Responsibilities

Understand hiring requirements and prepare suitable job descriptions.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and other channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial telephonic or virtual screening interviews.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.

Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Assist with offer coordination and joining formalities.

Maintain proper recruitment documentation and records.

Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Eligibility

Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with 0–1 year of recruitment experience can also apply.
