• Simulators, microwave & RF components, aerospace structures

Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition professional with 1–3 years of experience in the Aerospace & Defence industry.
The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple positions and building strong talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment database.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure timely communication.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Support employer branding and other Talent Acquisition initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• [1-3] years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in the Aerospace & Defence industry is required.
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively assess candidates and understand job requirements.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
