Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle from Manpower Requirement → Sourcing → Screening → Interview Coordination → Selection → Salary Negotiation → Offer → Joining.
• Understand the technical and functional requirements of each position.
• Develop suitable sourcing strategies according to the role and seniority.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline for frequently required positions.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

2. Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Recruitment

Experience in recruiting for pharmaceutical/nutraceutical manufacturing roles such as:

• Production Executive / Officer / Manager
• Quality Control (QC)
• Quality Assurance (QA)
• Regulatory Affairs
• R&D / Product Development
• Microbiology
• Warehouse & Inventory
• Production Planning & Control
• Maintenance / Engineering
• Packaging
• Purchase & Procurement
• Stores
• Pharmacist
• Plant Operations
• Manufacturing / Plant Head

The recruiter should be able to understand basic pharmaceutical job requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles.

3. Corporate & Service-Based Recruitment

Handle recruitment for positions including:

• Digital Marketing Executive / Manager
• Performance Marketing Executive
• Social Media Executive
• Content Writer / Content Creator
• Graphic Designer
• E-commerce Executive / Manager
• Marketplace Executive – Amazon / Flipkart / 1mg etc.
• Sales & Business Development
• Telecaller / Customer Support
• Operations Executive
• Admin Executive
• HR Executive
• Accounts & Finance
• Business Development Executive
• Customer Relationship Executive

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
