Role Description The HR Recruiter Specialist role at XpressEdu is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including understanding hiring requirements, posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. You will interact with candidates through calls, emails, and in-person meetings, providing clear information about roles and the selection process. The position involves maintaining candidate databases, updating tracking sheets, and preparing basic recruitment reports for the team. You will also collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews, collect feedback, and help ensure a positive candidate experience. Training and guidance will be provided to help you quickly adapt to the role and grow your recruitment skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak and write clearly and professionally in English and, preferably, Hindi.
• Basic organizational and administrative abilities, including maintaining records, managing schedules, and handling multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Comfort using computers, email, spreadsheets, and basic HR or applicant tracking tools; willingness to learn new software as needed.
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, with a willingness to learn sourcing, screening, and interview coordination techniques.
• Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, collaborate with team members, and maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude toward candidates and colleagues.
• Any bachelor’s degree (e.g., in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields) is preferred; final-year students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior internship or project exposure in HR, recruitment, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
