About the Role

SV Expert HR Services is looking for a motivated HR Recruiter & Business Development Executive to handle recruitment activities and develop new corporate clients for our recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment:

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
• Understand client requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and joining.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.

Business Development & Client Empanelment:

• Identify and approach companies with regular recruitment requirements.
• Contact HR Managers, HR Heads, and decision-makers to introduce SV Expert HR Services.
• Generate new recruitment business through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Understand clients' manpower requirements and coordinate for suitable candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Follow up with companies for current and future recruitment requirements.
• Work towards empanelment/tie-ups with new corporate clients.
• Coordinate the client empanelment process and service agreements.
• Build a pipeline of potential companies requiring recruitment support.
• Achieve monthly targets for new client acquisition and recruitment closures.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment, HR, or business development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with calling and approaching new companies.
• Good negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and MS Excel.
• Target-oriented and willing to develop new clients.
• Experience in recruitment consultancy/agency will be preferred.
