HR Executive / HR Recruiter — Job Description

About the Role
Doubtcomm is looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Executive / HR Recruiter to join our growing EdTech team. The role will be responsible for managing recruitment, coordinating with candidates, supporting employee onboarding, and assisting with day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Manage offer, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee documentation and HR records.
• Support employee engagement and internal HR activities.
• Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, MS Office, and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

Work shift - 10:00am to 7:00pm

Work Location: On-Site

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Patliputra, Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
