HR Recruiter at Nautilus International, Pune

Nautilus International is a Pune-based recruitment and HR services firm working with engineering, manufacturing, industrial, services & BFSI clients across the Pune and pan-India. We are hiring a Recruiter to own the full hiring cycle for client mandates, from requirement to joining.

What you will do

• Take requirement briefs from clients and draft job postings
• Source candidates on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job groups, and our database
• Screen candidates on skills, CTC, notice period, and stability, and submit well-prepared profiles
• Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and keep clients and candidates updated
• Negotiate offers, manage counter-offers, and follow up through the notice period until joining
• Support contract staffing and payroll hiring where needed
• Update the tracker daily and share pipeline reports

What we are looking for

• 0 to 2 years of recruitment experience (agency experience preferred)
• Working knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and Boolean search
• Strong communication in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple mandates and deadlines
• Experience hiring for engineering, manufacturing, or automotive roles is an advantage
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)

Work mode
We offer flexibility based on experience and performance: Work From Office (Preferred), Hybrid (3 days office, 3 days home), Work From Home, or Fully Remote for experienced recruiters. The mode is confirmed at offer stage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
