Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Recruiter to join the HR team at Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Rooms.

The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for our restaurant operations and ensuring timely closure of manpower requirements across outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant operations.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, consultants, and campus/industry networks.
• Handle screening, interview coordination, selection, and offer processes.
• Coordinate with Outlet Managers and HODs for manpower requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for restaurant positions.
• Coordinate joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates until joining.
• Support bulk hiring and walk-in recruitment drives when required.

Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in HR Recruitment, preferably in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hiring for restaurant positions such as Service, Kitchen, Stewarding, Cashier, Captain, CDP, Commis, etc. will be an advantage.
