- Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates and follow up regularly.
- Maintain candidate records and ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
