About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior HR Recruiter to join our HR team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage the complete recruitment process effectively.

The candidate should be comfortable working with multiple job portals, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, and maintaining consistent follow-ups throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions.
• Understand job requirements and source suitable candidates through various channels.
• Use and manage multiple job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, etc.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular and effective follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly recruitment reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and provide timely updates.
• Meet recruitment targets and timelines.
• Stay updated with current hiring trends and effective sourcing techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in non-IT hiring.
• Hands-on experience with multiple job portals and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in non-IT recruitment is mandatory/preferred.
• Candidates who are target-oriented and comfortable with regular follow-ups will be preferred.
• Should be energetic, organized, and willing to learn.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
