Job Purpose

The HR Recruiter – Hotel Division will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for hotel operations and support functions. The role will work closely with Hotel General Managers, Department Heads and HR teams to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of vacancies with suitable and quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned hotels.
• Understand manpower requirements from Hotel GMs and Department Heads.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, consultants, social media, walk-ins, recruitment drives and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on experience, skills, qualification, salary expectations and role requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview schedules.
• Coordinate with GMs, HODs and management for interview and selection.
• Negotiate salary and joining terms within the approved budget.
• Coordinate offer release and ensure candidates join as committed.
• Maintain a strong pipeline for critical and recurring hotel positions.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹48,699.47 per month
