HR Recruiter

• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Prepare and release offer letters for selected candidates.
• Coordinate joining formalities and employee onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Ensure regular communication and a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work within deadlines.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
